Our Annual Commitment is not a formal contract, but intent for the purposes of planning and budgeting for Radiant Advisors and prospective clients. This commitment allows for proper planning over the course of four quarters to evolve your team and your knowledge, and to align several delivery project cycles with your new, ongoing BI roadmap and vision processes.
The Radiant Advisors service package includes a monthly block of 16 hours per calendar month for consulting, internal training or workshops, or participation in meetings. Advance planning will save on expenses, as travel and expenses are not included in the cost of the service package. These 16 hours can be used onsite at your location, at remote sites, or virtually. The monthly block can be utilized as two full-day sessions, four half-day sessions, 16 individual hours or any combination of these, however please note that hours not used in a calendar month do not carry over into the following month. Future dates are planned on a “first to reserve” basis, and delayed scheduling of dates could reduce availability. Radiant Advisors will make all efforts possible to accommodate clients.
The retainer portion of the service package is intended to be reserved for Radiant Advisors to be available for calls and emails discussing pertinent issues as they arise. Due to travel and availability, emails and calls will be returned within 24 hours during normal business hours, and depending on availability and flexibility, a discussion call can be scheduled or planned for the next available time. The retained advisory services are intended to be discussion-based and not deliverable-based. If additional work is necessary, a Statement of Work and availability of hours can be drawn up quickly and executed at an agreed upon billable rate.
Once an agreement has been reached to engage in a partnership, and an annual commitment and budgeting has been performed, the quarterly billing and renewal cycles will begin. The initial invoice can be submitted any time prior to services starting. To ensure a good fit and high confidence of success over the year, we typically conduct several onsite meetings and conference calls to accommodate mutual understanding of our services and allow us to become familiar with our client’s environment. Subsequent quarters will have purchase orders issued and invoices submitted 30-days prior to the start of the next billing quarter.
